Granola Chia Energy Bars

Homemade Granola Chia Energy Bars 



5 cups Rice Chex Cereal.  Crush with your hands.  
2 cups granola of choice 
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup peanut butter 
1/4 butter
1 bag marshmallows 

Combine cereal and  granola and heat in pan On low to lightly toast.
Remove from pan
On low heat Add butter, peanut butter and marshallows to pan till melted
Dump in cereal granola mix.  Add chia seeds. Mix thoroughly.
Pat into pan of your choice depending on your desired thickness.  I use a cookie sheet to make them thin. 

Just a note: you can substitute anything you want in like dried fruit or change your cereal. It really is so easy to customize.
